Return Process

  Select between a full refund to your original payment method, a 110% store credit, or a direct exchange for a different size.

  Pack and Post

  Securely package your items with original tags attached and use the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal to drop your parcel at any post office.

  Quality Check and Processing

  Once your return arrives at our warehouse, our team will inspect the garments and process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.
